Directorate General Border Security Force (BSF)
The Border Security Force (BSF) is a border patrol agency of the Government of India. Established on December 1, 1965, it is a component of the paramilitary forces of India (PMF) and its primary role is to guard India's international borders during peacetime and also prevent transnational crime.
Head Constable (Radio Operator) : 679 posts, Pay Band : PB-1 Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs.2400, Age : 18 to 23 years
Head Constable (Fitter) : 25 posts (Direct-4, Departmental-3), Pay Band : PB-1 Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs.2400, Age : 18 to 23 years
Assistant Sub-Inspector ( Radio Mechanic) : 180 posts, Pay Band : PB-1 Rs.5200-20200/- Grade Pay Rs.2800, Age : 18 to 25 years
