Jamia Hamdard is a university located in New Delhi, India. It was established in 1989.
Our Revered Founder Janab Hakeem Abdul Hameed Saheb, a true Gandhian in spirit and simplicity was born in Delhi on September 14, 1908. No account of Hakeem Saheb can be complete without the mention of his illustrious father, Janab Hakeem Hafiz Abdul Majeed and his mother Rabia Begum. Hakeem Hafiz Abdul Majeed received and improved the ancient system of Unani medicine and therapeutics. Hakeem Abdul Majeed wanted a large number of people to benefit from its efficacy and therefore gave the name “Hamdard” to his fledging venture.
MSc. -Toxicology
MSc. –Toxicology (SFS)
Eligibility:
A candidate must have:
A bachelor's degree of recognized by Jamia Hamdard with any three of the following subjects: Botany, Chemistry, Zoology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Environmental Biology or a subject of Life Sciences securing at least 55% marks in the aggregate. Candidates who have studied biology at 10+2 level and have BPharm/BVSc/BSc (Agriculture) degree securing 55% marks in aggregate are also eligible.
Appeared in the Entrance Test conducted by Jamia Hamdard.
PG Diploma in Biotechnoligical Techniques
Eligibility:
A candidate must have:
Passed B.Sc. from recognized university under 10+2+3 system with Biological sciences and secured atleast 50% marks in the aggregate. The candidates have been passed B.Sc. Agriculture or BVSc. with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate are also eligible.
Appeared in the Entrance Test conducted by Jamia Hamdard.
